The character is balanced, with strong vanilla and cherry notes, which soften the bitter coffee element. This is a well made product.
The passionfruit is dominant and tastes fresh, the vanilla comes through later and gives a rich creaminess (along with the carbonation), while the sharoness on the finish gives good balance overall.
The effervescence is pleasing and persistent. This cocktail certainly achieves what it sets out to do and is a well-made and enjoyable RTD. The sweetness is also well-judged, which we applaud.
This drink delivers loads upfront fruit with a real sweetness and enjoyable level of alcohol. We feel this would be a hugely enjoyable Summer drink.
Creamy with a pleasing bright, fresh pineapple notes - So good to have a sense of freshness.
An appealing pineapple juice shade in the glass, bold aromas, with clear, authentic mango character.
The judges applaud the producer for making something like an Amaretto Sour nice and light. The smell is unmistakably of Amaretto sour. We felt this did everything it needed to, with sound balance and a pleasant sourness. Well made and enjoyable.
